First of all, I’d like to thank everyone for 5000+ followers!
I’ll try my best to keep translating despite my ever busy schedule. I’ll have more time when December comes!
Charia (Charear) Manga
The word “charia” is from two words:
Chari (bicycle) and riakaa (rearcar)
Chari is a colloquial term for bicycle and is derived from the word “chariot”. Rearcar is an invented term (might have originated from Japan) describing a cycle rickshaw. (If sidecar means a wheeled device attached to the side, then rearcar means a wheeled device attached to the rear).
In the KuroBasu universe, chari (bicycle) signifies Takao (the one pedaling) and rearcar signifies Midorima (the one sitting). Hence, charia/charear equates to TakaMido.
On another note, there will be more TakaMido coming soon!
